We are now offering Full and Half Prime Beef that is all-natural, raised on our Ranch in Estancia, NM and dry-aged. We will customize your beef with your specific processing and cutting instructions. Our beef is USDA Certified and delivered right to your home.

You can pick out your own beef or we can pick it out for you. $10/lb hanging weight. Prices may change any time due to cattle prices.
