  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Rub Lamb Shoulder with Five Spice Blend, Salt and Pepper
  3. Place Lamb Shoulder on roasting rack and dry roast in oven for 30 minutes or until well browned
  4. Blend Apple Cider and Chicken Stock and simmer on stovetop
  5. Remove Lamb Shoulder from oven and reduce oven temperature to 300°
  6. Place Lamb Shoulder and Apples in braising pan and pour Cider blend over, submerging Lamb Shoulder halfway with liquid
  7. Cover braising pan and place in oven for approximately 3 1/2 hours or until tender enough to pull off bone and shred
