  1. Take raw goat leg and dredge it in flour
  2. In a cast iron skillet add fresh garlic and olive oil
  3. Brown goat leg on all sides by quickly searing it on all sides in hot heat
  4. In cast iron pot, use a ½ jar of Cherry Republic BBQ sauce, 1 cup of red wine, cubed russet potatoes, 2 or 3 based on your preference, 4 whole carrots cleaned, 1 cup of water, 1 jar of Pamela’s stewed tomatoes, add goat leg
  5. With lid on cook in oven for 4 hours at 300°
  6. Plate it
