Meats are graded based on marbling. These grades range from Prime, being the highest, to canner, being the lowest. Your average grocery store sells Select or Choice grade meats. At No Bull Prime Meats we only produce meats rated the highest Prime grade.

Wagyu Shoulder Roast Ingredients: Wagyu Shoulder Roast 2 Large Onions Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper 2 cups of Pinot Noir Bay Leaves Instructions: 1. Preheat lightly greased skillet with desired oils (oil, butter, tallow, etc. 2. Sear all sides of roast. Season with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper 3. In slow cooker place 2 large onions sliced approximately 3 quarters of inch thick at the bottom of slow cooker 4. Pour in 2 cups of Pinot Noir around the onions and add a few bay leaves 5. Move roast from skillet and place into slow cooker 6. Add a cup of water into the skillet and simmer about 2 minutes 7. Pour water/flavors from skillet into the slow cooker 8. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours 9. Serve and enjoy
