Our grass-fed beef is raised on family-owned and operated JX Ranch in New Mexico, providing our cattle with native, regeneratively and sustainably managed pastures. Our grass-fed beef is 100% grass-fed/finished, harvested at a young age, dry-aged for up to 60 days and processed in-house at the NO BULL Prime Meats' USDA Processing facility.
