Meats are graded based on marbling. These grades range from Prime, being the highest, to canner, being the lowest. Your average grocery store sells Select or Choice grade meats. At No Bull Prime Meats we only produce meats rated the highest Prime grade.
No antibiotics, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and no synthetic additives found in any of our products. Our meats, our animal feed and all meat processing is clean...the way it should be.
When you come by the store to shop on Saturday, try some of our delicious samples! Starts at 10am. They don’t last long!
One of Brett’s delicious recipes! 1. Defrost 2. Wash it off 3. Air dry on a plate in the fridge for 4 days 4. Each morning and night pick up the piece of meat and dry the plate with a towel and turn meat over 5. Put olive oil on your fingers and rub onto the entire roast 6. Lightly season entire roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder 7. Put on hot grill, sear both sides for 3 or 4 minutes until each side brownness is uniform 8. Move to indirect heat for 25 to 30 minutes, check after 20 minutes 9. Suggested doneness medium rare 10. Cut the rack to check if the meat is medium rare 11. Pair with Risotto Bellino
Hey everyone, we are not roasting chile this year. However, we are carrying 1 lb frozen, roasted, peeled, and cleaned green chile in three weeks! Mild, medium, hot, x-hot, and xxx-hot!!
