March On!

March On! A Poem

We’re coming near Spring, twenty, twenty-one
The weather is getting warmer with more sun
More time outside means lots more fun

It’s been a year since our world has changed
We’re pulling through it, even if it’s strange
Seems like, our social and work preferences are completely rearranged

Irish eyes will be smilin’ with the wearing of the green
Corned beef and cabbage, the magical Irish scene.

Spring training is in progress, preparing for opening day
We are moving to a new normal, in a slow careful way
We’ll continue to recovery and discovery, we pray

Wear your mask, and wash your hands with soap
Keep on, keeping on with your faith and hope

So, let’s approach this Spring with love in our hearts
And look forward to the days, when we’re no longer apart.

Composed with sincere hope and love
