Buffalo Meat Balls w/Puttanesca Sauce - Rancher’s Recipe

  1. Mix ground buffalo with minced onions, garlic, cilantro, bread crumbs, and 2 eggs. Mix very well.
  2. Make meat in ½ dollar size balls
  3. In cast iron pan add olive oil and garlic
  4. Place meat balls in cast iron pan and brown on all four sides
  5. In a slow cooker, pour in Spinelli’s Pasta Sauce, 2 cups of dry red wine. Cook on low for 4 hours
  6. After meat balls are done sprinkle with Asiago Cheese
  7. Serve and enjoy
