Dry red wine
Asiago Cheese
Instructions
Mix ground buffalo with minced onions, garlic, cilantro, bread crumbs, and 2 eggs. Mix very well.
Make meat in ½ dollar size balls
In cast iron pan add olive oil and garlic
Place meat balls in cast iron pan and brown on all four sides
In a slow cooker, pour in Spinelli’s Pasta Sauce, 2 cups of dry red wine. Cook on low for 4 hours
After meat balls are done sprinkle with Asiago Cheese
Serve and enjoy
