Buffalo Red/Green Chile Stew

Instructions

  1. Put water to boil
  2. Cut potatoes into squares and add to water after coming to boil
  3. Add desired amount of Green and Red Chile – season Chile with garlic powder
  4. Add stewed tomatoes and beef bouillon
  5. Bring potatoes, Chile, stewed tomatoes to a good boil
  6. Cook onion and buffalo until lightly brown and add to stew
  7. Bring to nice boil and season to taste
  8. Serve and enjoy
