BBQ Pork Riblets - Butcher's Recipe

  1. Thaw, remove from package and rinse in cold water
  2. Marinate night before in No Bull Mesquite BBQ seasoning over night in Ziplock bag
  3. On Charcoal or Gas Grill sear Riblets 8 to 10 minutes on high heat on all sides
  4. Move to indirect heat for 1 hour. Gas Grill turn off 3 burners and move from heat. Charcoal grill move as far from heat as possible
  5. Try to keep them cooking at 300°
  6. Remove after 1 hour from grill and put Riblets into bowl
  7. Pour your choice of BBQ Sauce and desired amount over cooked Riblets. Mix BBQ sauce and Riblets
  8. Do not pour BBQ sauce during cooking will cause burning
  9. Serve and enjoy
