Goat Meat Balls - Rancher’s Recipe

Instructions

  1. Thaw ground goat
  2. Add salt, pepper, white onion, 2 tablespoon of oregano, grated fennel and 2 garlic cloves to ground goat
  3. Form ½ dollar sign meat balls or desired size
  4. Beat 3 eggs – beat very well to form foam
  5. Dip meatballs in eggs then in bread crumbs
  6. Sear meatballs in cast iron skillet with olive oil to brown all sides
  7. In slow cooker add 2 jars of Spinelli Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce
  8. Add meatballs to slow cooker
  9. Cook for 4 hours on low temperature
  10. Top with crumbled goat cheese
  11. Serve and enjoy
