Instructions

  1. Soak 2lbs of No Bull Pinto Beans overnight
  2. Rinse beans before cooking
  3. Pour beans into Pressure Cooker
  4. Fill Pressure Cooker with water to the top right before the line.
  5. Add bacon or ham hock – your choice
  6. Put lid on Pressure Cooker and put stove on high to medium high
  7. When you hear the pressure cooker get hot cook for 45 minutes
  8. Remove beans from stove and rinse under cold water with lid on until pot cools
  9. Open lid. Stir beans and check to see if you need to add more water. Add water if needed
  10. Put lid back on and repeat steps 6 - 7
  11. Serve and enjoy
