Pinto Beans w/Beef Oxtail - Rancher’s Recipe

Instructions

  1. Soak Pinto Beans over night
  2. Sauté the Oxtails in Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper, and Garlic until golden brown
  3. Rinse beans with cold water
  4. Pour Beef Stock into slow cooker
  5. Add Beans and Oxtails in slow cooker
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours
  7. 2 hours before done add Carrots and Baby Potatoes
  8. Serve and Enjoy
