Antelope Frenched Rack - Rancher's Recipe

Instructions

  1. Cut Antelope Frenched Rack into individual chops
  2. Add Olive Oil to each chop slightly
  3. Place chops into iron skillet
  4. Season with salt, pepper and oregano
  5. Sear each chop for 2 minutes on each side
  6. Preheat oven to 425°
  7. Place chops in oven for 4 minutes
  8. Remove from oven, place on plate and dress with lemon and rosemary
  9. Enjoy
