Scotch Eggs - Pat Cardone's Recipe

  1. Hard boil 4 eggs, then peel eggs
  2. Dry eggs with paper towel
  3. Create a breading station
  4. Beat egg with a ½ tsp of water in a bowl
  5. One plate of breadcrumbs
  6. Remove sausage from package and divide into equal portion. Flatten each portion into patties
  7. Wrap egg and encase it with fingers
  8. Dip in egg wash and roll in breadcrumbs
  9. Repeat the egg wash and breadcrumbs
  10. Place in Air Fryer and cook
  11. Cut egg in half sprinkle with parsley
  12. Serve and enjoy
