Smoked Prime Rib - Rancher’s Recipe

Instructions

  1. From Thawed
  2. Put in roasting pan on wire rack with 2 inches of Au Jus, Beef Broth or Better than Boullion
  3. Warm on 300° for 1 hour (depending on size)
  4. Check center should be warm
  5. Should be medium rare
  6. If you want medium to well done cook for longer
  7. Serve and enjoy
