Smoked Tenderloin - Rancher’s Recipe

Smoked Tenderloin is smoked and precooked. Warming is only required.  

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Defrost. Set oven to 250 degrees
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Better Than Beef Bouillon to 8 oz of water to create an au jus
  3. Add au jus to bottom of roasting rack
  4. Place thawed smoked tenderloin to roasting rack
  5. Warm for 30 minutes in oven
  6. Pull out and enjoy
