Wild Boar Ragu w/Pappardelle Pasta - Rancher’s Recipe

Instructions

  1. Place Wild Boar Roast in slow cooker
  2. Add 2 cans of canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano
  3. Cook on low for 7 hours
  4. After 7 hours shred Wild Boar Roast and add back into slow cooker
  5. Cook 2 packages of Pappardelle pasta per directions and rinse
  6. Mix pasta into Ragu after shredding Wild Boar Roast
  7. Cook for an additional hour on low
  8. Serve and enjoy
