Instructions

  1. Melt Duck fat in cast iron pan
  2. Score Duck Breast with Knife
  3. Add Salt and Pepper to Duck Breast
  4. Place Duck Breast in melted Duck Fat with fat side
  5. Cook until crispy then turn over
  6. Each side should cook approximately 4 mins
  7. Glaze with Uncle Nathans Green Chile Spread
  8. Serve and enjoy
